I am very satisfied with the timely service for the second time. Paul, our technician was so nice and polite. He was very detailed and knowledgeable. Probably the easiest and most efficient service of any company that has come to my home to inspect and solve the problem in the same day. I could not have asked for better customer service. I called sat i belive after 2 pm. My garage door would not open in spite of my many attempts.called precision because they put in a new drive system back in 2017.spoke 1st to Jessica who listened to my request . Both our cars in garage to use b4 svc on mon afternoon. Jess had the owner jeff call me i explained my situation he asked me to go into the garage andhe verbalywalkedme through what may be the problem .after successfully discovering the problem he call the only individual Paul still left in the field. Paul came to the house after his last call after 5pm. Replaced broken spring. Tested system had a genuine positive attitude throught. ( ON A SAT EVENING WELL PAST 5 PM) i could not have been more pleased.

I wasn't aware the $70 service charge would apply in addition to the repair costs. He installed a cotter pin that had fallen out. $155 was a little much. Inv #02116776.

Mr. Yance, We at Precision Door Service strive to give our customers the best service possible. When your call was booked it as explained that there was a service charge plus parts or labor. The service charge helps defray the overall cost of doing business, vehicle insurance, maintenance, and fuel. As it appears that it it was a quick fix, you have to take in consideration the total time it took getting to your house and completing the repair. When my technician evaluated your repair he noted that someone had tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful.

I contacted Precision at about 10:30 on Saturday morning and my garage door opener was installed and working fantastic by 5:00. I have always had problems getting someone to show up and do what they say but not Precision. Thank you for everything you did!!! Fantastic company!!!
