We bought a new house and the garage door opener did not work. We called Precision and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Also our garage was a two car garage and the second door didnt have an opener. While they were there they gave a great price to get one installed. We ended up getting the one opener fixed and a new one installed. We were extremely pleased with the service.

My husband and I have used Precision Door for years. We purchased a garage door from them when we lived in Pleasant Grove and after the tornado in 2011 we moved to a new home but immediately called them to purchase a door for that home as well. The quality of their products is very good. Their service department is very dependable and efficient. Every one is very friendly putting the customer first for their needs to be met. I have never had to call them for a repair to the workmanship of the door. It was storm related with a power surge. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure.

I had a broken chain repaired today, and Paul did a great job. He was scheduled to arrive between 12-2, and he was here at 11:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem (why he thought the chain broke), completed the repair to his standard (replaced the whole track and chain), and even inspected my other garage door to make sure I wouldn't have a repeat issue with that door.
He was efficient, friendly, answered all questions, and explained his work. And, since I was using Precision as an "out of network" contractor through my home warranty company, he even spoke with the warranty company to explain the work to ensure they would reimburse me for the work. I would easily recommend Precision Door Service and Paul to any of my friends and family.
Great job today, Paul! Oh, and thanks for buying some of my daughter's Girl Scout cookies, too! HA!
