My spring broke on my garage door. Your company offered to come out within two hours to complete the job and gave me an estimate of the job. What a terrific company. They installed new doors for us five years ago. They have worked perfectly since then and are very attractive. The installation crew was first rate and actually left our garage cleaner than when they came. Now five years later we encountered our first problem with one of the doors not working properly. They responded the SAME DAY and were at our home within a few hours. Their tech explained the problem to us, fixed it and then took the time to chat a little. This company is a throwback to the time when customer service and appreciation meant something.

Set up appointment on Friday afternoon. Service tech arrived Saturday morning around 8:30. He immediately checked what he thought was wrong, and he was correct. Garage door was working in 5 minutes. I have used them 2 times in 27 years and will never use another garage door company.
