Outstanding as always. Marvin the technician today was actually the one who installed my door and few years ago. He goes above and beyond explaing the issue and what he will be doing to repair. Makes sure it is functioning correctly before he leaves. Consistently answeres my questions throughly so that I understand. Thank you to your company and a special thank you to Marvin for excellent service

I used Precision Door a few years ago to fix one of my garage doors. They did an excellent job, so when my other garage door needed to be serviced, I naturally called Precision Door again. The tech, Kevin, arrived right on time! He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He went right to work and had the problem fixed quickly. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I’m glad that I chose Precision to repair my garage door. A torsion spring had broken and I could not open the door. Daniel, our technician arrived at his scheduled time, and he was great! He was very polite, and happy to answer any questions that I had. Quality work and the price was reasonable. I will certainly call Precision if one of my other garage doors fails. I will also request that Daniel be sent for the repair if he is available.
