I continue to choose Precision because of Marvin Roby. He has serviced my garage door as well as my Mom's. I respect his knowledge and opinion. He replaced my Mom's garage door and we are extremely pleased. After his inspection of several broken parts and input I am replacing my garage door and opener. When it arrives I will only let Marvin install everything. He listens to his customer's and explains things thoroughly so I am comfortable with my decision.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the technician, Marvin Roby. Mr. Roby diagnosed the problem with my door, then carefully explained why the problem had occurred, and presented me with multiple repair options. He was able to make the necessary repairs while on-site and I could not be more pleased with the results. I will definitely call on Precision again if I have any issues with my other garage doors.

My wife and I got up at 3 a.m to get ready for work on a Friday morning. The garage wouldn't open, not even manually. She got an Uber to work and I put in a service request online. I requested the 10 to noon time slot. I was pleased with not only receiving a phone call from my technician saying he was on his way and an eta, but I also received a text with a picture of my tech Marvin and a brief bio. He arrived right when he said he would. I told him the main issue that I could tell according to my research. I inspected the entire system and it turned out i needed more than one thing fixed. I received a quote that I thought was fair and he immediately got his supplies together and went to work. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work. Replaced alot of things but my garage door has never ran so smoothly and quite. Marvin was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I definitely will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I backed into my garage door damaging the lower panel. Precision sent someone out to my house in 4hr period. Mr Marvin R came out to give me estimate for repair however unable to repair and needed a new door. However, I was not ready to pay price of new door. He was very patient and explained my options for new door and offered financing options. Very polite and courteous. After speaking with my spouse about options, we may need to call Precision back for the work. I really believe from the 1st experience already being positive, I will enjoy working with the company if I choose them to complete the work.

Our builder had the R Mt garage door company install our new door. It was about the worst install job I’ve seen. It was so loud you could hear it over the tv from the opposite side of the home. I’ve lived with this for 3 years. In one hour precision fixed everything and I can’t even hear it standing right inside the hallway. Best money I’ve spent. Super nice people!

I chose Precision because I saw you sold "Lift Master" equipment, have been in business for a number of years, and had good customer feedback ratings. Also liked the tone and feel of your web page. A little surprised at the cost to replace 2 springs but most things blow me away at their cost these days.
