We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for many years at our Mountain Brook, AL home. We had them install three solid wood Clopay Doors which are a stunning compliment to our 1928 French Country stone home. We recently needed service and reached out to our contact person and owner Jeff Arno to learn the business has recently changed hands. We were truly sad because we just got the best service from Jeff. He assured us the new owners were just fabulous. I called them immediately and they were able to come out the same day. Daniel our regular service tech came out which was a nice surprise. He knows our property and is very professional. Our problem was fixed in 20 minutes. We are just so pleased. It is very hard these days to find companies who have a GREAT work ethic and customer service. Happy to see the new owners are following in Jeff's footsteps.

They were here within 2-3 hours after being called and the service tech Daniel explained everything needed and any options offered. Fast, next day service. Very nice service tech. Only thing wrong is with new owners, they may no longer service our solar gate. Hope they change that decision. If we need garage door, we will certainly call on Precision. We did not require service on our garage doors today, but this survey will not accept my review unless I answer those type questions.
