The Technicians, Braxton and his partner, were excellent and very professional. Explained all the options and costs prior to beginning the work installing motor and a new spring. I replaced an old motor on the other garage door the year before and wanted the same quality service which I got. I highly recommend!

My wife and I got up at 3 a.m to get ready for work on a Friday morning. The garage wouldn't open, not even manually. She got an Uber to work and I put in a service request online. I requested the 10 to noon time slot. I was pleased with not only receiving a phone call from my technician saying he was on his way and an eta, but I also received a text with a picture of my tech Marvin and a brief bio. He arrived right when he said he would. I told him the main issue that I could tell according to my research. I inspected the entire system and it turned out i needed more than one thing fixed. I received a quote that I thought was fair and he immediately got his supplies together and went to work. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work. This was a great experience. Had an issue with a garage door opener. Found this company online. Booking appointment was quick and easy. Appointment window was 4-6, at about 5:00, I received a call from the tech apologizing for running late. He told me he would arrive about 5:35, well within the window.
