I am not happy about the service. He just come to my garage, and I showed him the spring is dead. Then he told me I need about $1200 to replace the whole spring system. Not try to help me to buy a new spring and repair it. I knew my garage door spring system is not working, I only need the professional advice to repair it. But he didn't try to repair but only told me I need to replace a whole new spring system. The service didn't help me anything, but charge me almost $100.

I had a broken spring and couldn't open my garage door. I called Precision and the CSR said she would have a tech out in the morning. Braxton and Nathan called and said they were on the way. When they arrived they evaluated the problem and gave me options for the work. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. Braxton and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door repairs. Great job!

Precision Garage Door was very responsive. I called to schedule service on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. Daniel, my repair technician, made a quick and effective fix to my Liftmaster system that had a twisted track and kept the door from moving. These folks are awesome! I screwed up the garage door. Finally decided it was above my skill set to repair which is hard to admit for men most of the time. I went online and scheduled an appointment.
