Precision Garage Door was very responsive. I called to schedule service on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. Daniel, my repair technician, made a quick and effective fix to my Liftmaster system that had a twisted track and kept the door from moving. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to prevent from this happening again. Overall, it was outstanding service. I would highly recommend them.

These folks are awesome! I screwed up the garage door. Finally decided it was above my skill set to repair which is hard to admit for men most of the time. I went online and scheduled an appointment. Brittain Poehler did a fantastic job, took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions in detail. Brittain did an amazing job explaining to me what he repaired and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Placed a call after for service around 12:30 PM after our garage door main spring suddenly let go. Technician Daniel arrived at 4:00 PM the same day with parts needed to replace the spring. He was professional, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent one day service.

We’ve used Precision for years, including a few years ago when we had all 3 garage doors and openers replaced. The work they did then was terrific, and the quick repair work they did this week was just as good.
