The Technicians, Braxton and his partner, were excellent and very professional. Explained all the options and costs prior to beginning the work installing motor and a new spring. I replaced an old motor on the other garage door the year before and wanted the same quality service which I got. I highly recommend!

My wife and I got up at 3 a.m to get ready for work on a Friday morning. The garage wouldn't open, not even manually. She got an Uber to work and I put in a service request online. I requested the 10 to noon time slot. I was pleased with not only receiving a phone call from my technician saying he was on his way and an eta, but I also received a text with a picture of my tech Marvin and a brief bio. He arrived right when he said he would. I told him the main issue that I could tell according to my research. I inspected the entire system and it turned out i needed more than one thing fixed. I received a quote that I thought was fair and he immediately got his supplies together and went to work. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work. Replaced alot of things but my garage door has never ran so smoothly and quite. Marvin was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I definitely will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I backed into my garage door damaging the lower panel. Precision sent someone out to my house in 4hr period. Mr Marvin R came out to give me estimate for repair however unable to repair and needed a new door. However, I was not ready to pay price of new door. He was very patient and explained my options for new door and offered financing options. Very polite and courteous. After speaking with my spouse about options, we may need to call Precision back for the work. I really believe from the 1st experience already being positive, I will enjoy working with the company if I choose them to complete the work.
