Marvin was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough! My garage door fell on my trunk and was off track with a loose spring. I was previously told by another company that my garage door needed to be replaced. Marvin inspected my garage door and informed me of the issue and cost. He assured me that the door did not need replacing. Marvin completed the repair fast. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I love and appreciate the service I received today! Thank you Marvin!!

I contacted Precision because of their professional look, BBB rating, and good feedback with individual worker profiles. My garage door was having a problem with the initial lift and popping up the first few inches then lifting smoothly. I figured I needed a spring replacement, but Paul came out and listened to me and watch then watched the issue. He quickly identified the issue and explained why it was NOT the spring. He showed me how the painted door was sticking to the weather stripping. After applying some painters tape to the back side of the weather strip I have no more problems. Paul was awesome, he’s my go to garage door guy now!
