My Service Engineer was Jeremy Molay. Very knowledgeable about the workings of the doors and spring mechanisms. Extremely efficient, fixed both doors in less than 45 mins. I am impressed with his work. I will definitely call Precision Door Service the next time I have a problem.

This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service and I could not have been more satisfied. The technician, Jeremy, was on time, friendly and more than qualified to perform the work. People are often more likely to write a review complaining about service than to complement great service. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. My hat is off to Mr. Kenny as well.

I will definitely use Precision Door for any future garage door repairs as well as recommend them to anyone. Daniel was prompt, well mannered and professional. He is one of the most professional techs I’ve been in contact with. Above all he is very good at his job. He removed the broken spring and had the new spring put on and fixed in 15-20 minutes just as he said. I will recommend Daniel to anyone and everyone that needs a garage door repair or anything that has to do with garage doors period. He is a great asset to any company. Recently had to have springs in garage door replaced. After getting some quotes, contacted Precision Door and it was the best and most pleasant choice I made. Mr. Marvin came out and was punctual, courteous and just a very nice gentleman. He completed the job quickly. He also told me of some other options available thru Precision, which I am not in need of at the present, but will certainly give them a call when I do.
