We are so happy that Precision was our choice! Everything was amazing! The whole experience with Precision! They came on time and the same day! They were honest and very reasonable! The Technician was the best! His name was Paul, and he was so amazing! He was so good at fixing our broke garage door we ended up letting Precision install a new garage opener on our downstairs garage! He work very clean and make sure we were satisfied! This company is amazing

I choose Precision because I used them once before and the service was excellent. Jeff my technician did an excellent job as well too. He explained to me my opinion and gave me excellent advice. My spring broke on my garage he did and great job on it he was on time and he repaired the garage within minutes. Very professional . Thanks for the service well done.

The service received was the best!! I called another company that was not professional at all!! No customer service skills to be found. Precision Garage Door Service and their thecs very professional and knowledgeable, I was impressed at how quickly the tech completed the job so quickly by himself. He did a Great job! The garage door is so quiet and the insulation in the door has made a difference in keeping the garage cooler. This company lived up to their 5 star rating!

These guys know their business and are very professional in handling it. They installed two openers for me on my utility garage and did an outstanding job - even making what turned out to be a simple fix on one of the doors to release the excess pressure in opening it manually. I recommend them as the best if you need garage door openers.

Levi was the tech who installed our 2 garage door openers. He did a excellent job and also explained the operation of a ll components. He was in and out very quickly and everything works perfectly. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

My husband and I have used Precision Door for years. We purchased a garage door from them when we lived in Pleasant Grove and after the tornado in 2011 we moved to a new home but immediately called them to purchase a door for that home as well. The quality of their products is very good. Their service department is very dependable and efficient. Every one is very friendly putting the customer first for their needs to be met. I have never had to call them for a repair to the workmanship of the door. It was storm related with a power surge. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure.

Technician came out and recommended what he feels is the right door for our garage. However, the door had to be ordered. We are waiting for the door to arrive. The technician was very pleasant and assisted and guided us in selecting the proper garage door.
