Jeffrey B. gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. We discussed my repair request for a frayed cable and he checked the overall condition of all working parts of the door. He then presented a few options to consider along with estimates. Once the decision was made, Jeffrey completed the needed repairs in a timely manner. He was very professional and he took the time to answer all my questions. He ensured the door was working properly before he left.

I backed into my garage door damaging the lower panel. Precision sent someone out to my house in 4hr period. Mr Marvin R came out to give me estimate for repair however unable to repair and needed a new door. However, I was not ready to pay price of new door. He was very patient and explained my options for new door and offered financing options. Very polite and courteous. After speaking with my spouse about options, we may need to call Precision back for the work. I really believe from the 1st experience already being positive, I will enjoy working with the company if I choose them to complete the work.

Jeffrey came to our house recently to install a new garage door opener system. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He knew exactly what he was doing and throughly explained the system upon completion and helped us connect our iPhones to the system. We thought he was excellent and a great ambassador for Precision. I will specifically ask for him if we need to call Precision in the future. I give him an A+.

Fantastic service! Daniel and Luke called before coming over and did a thorough pre-inspection of our situation before doing anything. They told us what they saw, gave us options as well as their opinions about what they thought would work best. The ball was completely in our court and we felt no high-pressure sales marketing. They perfectly installed 2 LifeMaster belt-drive openers, remotes, spring, wheels, and wall-mounted buttons. They also took down and disposed of the old, non-functioning openers. They were so nice and completely professional, and we can’t say enough about them and this company! Thank you!!

Our builder had the R Mt garage door company install our new door. It was about the worst install job I’ve seen. It was so loud you could hear it over the tv from the opposite side of the home. I’ve lived with this for 3 years. In one hour precision fixed everything and I can’t even hear it standing right inside the hallway. Best money I’ve spent. Super nice people!

He explained what the problem was and told me he could fix it that day. Marcus worked quickly, explained to me what he had done and had me make sure it was repaired to my satisfaction. We needed to repair one of our garage doors’ retraction springs and perform routine maintenance on the other one. We made an appointment through their website which was easy and convenient. We received confirmation texts and email reminding us of the appointment and then received a text when Daniel Hunt, the technician, was on the way to our house. They arrived on time, reviewed our service needs and provided us with a cost estimate. They had the parts that were needed on their truck and completed the service within an hour of arrival. They cleaned up completely after their repair. We will certainly use their services if needed in the future and highly recommend them.

I am not happy about the service. He just come to my garage, and I showed him the spring is dead. Then he told me I need about $1200 to replace the whole spring system. Not try to help me to buy a new spring and repair it. I knew my garage door spring system is not working, I only need the professional advice to repair it. But he didn't try to repair but only told me I need to replace a whole new spring system. The service didn't help me anything, but charge me almost $100.
