This is the second time I have used Precision, and I was very pleased with their troubleshooting and service. First time with them was a couple of years ago when they installed a new garage door opener mechanism and replaced a worn panel on my garage door. On this call they had to troubleshoot a strange noise with my garage door and very were efficient and courteous. They also explained everything they were doing to rectify the issue that had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them every time I have a garage door problem. Great service!

I called Precision on Thursday afternoon and got scheduled for the very next morning. Daniel Hunt was the technician assigned to my location. He called to let me know he was headed to our home.
