The technician was scheduled to do a job at my home and he never showed up and he said that he did a job, but it was not at my home because I parked my police car in front of my home and I have to move it in order for him to do the job I live in a gated community, and both guards on the gate said no one from precision garage has come through the gate

Isaiah was very polite and explained fully what my answer is to my loud garage door. But I did think that almost one hundred dollars was a lot for a very few minutes and to find out that all I need to do is use Goo Gone!!!

All plans were explained to me and I made my choice. Nathan was very knowledgeable and installed a new MyQ video garage opener which works great! The paperwork was easy and quick. In all it was an enjoyable service appointment. Nathan even went over the door to calm the noisy hinges. Glad I called Precision!

I continue to choose Precision because of Marvin Roby. He has serviced my garage door as well as my Mom's. I respect his knowledge and opinion. He replaced my Mom's garage door and we are extremely pleased. After his inspection of several broken parts and input I am replacing my garage door and opener. When it arrives I will only let Marvin install everything. He listens to his customer's and explains things thoroughly so I am comfortable with my decision.

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the technician, Marvin Roby. Mr. Roby diagnosed the problem with my door, then carefully explained why the problem had occurred, and presented me with multiple repair options. He was able to make the necessary repairs while on-site and I could not be more pleased with the results. I will definitely call on Precision again if I have any issues with my other garage doors.

I enjoyed being able to book online, after hours, and get an appointment the next day. It turned out to be a simple electrical issue which was caught during the assessment, and reset at no charge. Great customer service.

The Technicians, Braxton and his partner, were excellent and very professional. Explained all the options and costs prior to beginning the work installing motor and a new spring. I replaced an old motor on the other garage door the year before and wanted the same quality service which I got. I highly recommend!

My wife and I got up at 3 a.m to get ready for work on a Friday morning. The garage wouldn't open, not even manually. She got an Uber to work and I put in a service request online. I requested the 10 to noon time slot. I was pleased with not only receiving a phone call from my technician saying he was on his way and an eta, but I also received a text with a picture of my tech Marvin and a brief bio. He arrived right when he said he would. I told him the main issue that I could tell according to my research. I inspected the entire system and it turned out i needed more than one thing fixed. I received a quote that I thought was fair and he immediately got his supplies together and went to work. I'm thoroughly pleased with the work. Replaced alot of things but my garage door has never ran so smoothly and quite. Marvin was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I definitely will recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to come and do a maintenance check since it had been approximately five years since they were out to do a repair. The two young men who came to service my door were so good about keeping me informed of their arrival time, which I certainly appreciated. They were very courteous and thorough in their inspection of my door and explained completely what work was needed in terms I could understand. I was very happy with the job that they did and now I'm confident that there will be no unforeseen problems going forward. I believe this is a very reliable, customer-oriented company and I intend to be a regular customer in the future.

I was given a quote that seemed inflated to say the least. And when I shared with the tech my dissatisfaction with the quote his response was “well what can I do to earn your business”. Turned me totally against your company. I

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; This was my first business transaction with your company; I was very well pleased with the phone call I made to your company requesting immediate service for my garage door issue. Your guy that answered the phone was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. After I told him what my problem was, he immediately started to set me up a service appointment. I was very pleased with the easy of that process and the service follow up to meet my schedule. Your service guy called me prior to coming to my house and introduced himself to me. A super nice guy that really knew his job with professionalism and experience that showed. (MR. M). I will be referring your company to my fellow homeowners in the Paradise Lake community.
