We were stranded with our car in the garage when our garage door failed. We called Precision and were told Kevin would be out between 4-6. Kevin was at the house by 4:10 and had us repaired in about an hour. He was so pleasant. Really enjoyed chatting with him and was so happy to get the repairs done and not need an entire system!

The garage door works well. It was definitely a cheaper and quicker fix than I initially thought it would be, and I have a good joke added to my joke rotation.
