We were stranded with our car in the garage when our garage door failed. We called Precision and were told Kevin would be out between 4-6. Kevin was at the house by 4:10 and had us repaired in about an hour. He was so pleasant. Really enjoyed chatting with him and was so happy to get the repairs done and not need an entire system!

My technician was quick. He was efficient. And he was a fun hang. We exchanged jokes from stand up comedians. I quoted Nick Thune. He quoted George Wallace. It was a blast. The garage door works well. It was definitely a cheaper and quicker fix than I initially thought it would be, and I have a good joke added to my joke rotation. Precision door service is how business should be done. I called Friday with an issue. The operator was very courteous and set up my appointment for the next day. The technician was on time, called before coming and was very courteous and informative while making the repair. He diagnosed the issue and performed the repair in a timely manner.

We are very satisfied with Paul as the service worker. He explained everything clearly. However the phone receptionist was not clear to explain the services fees. I requested several times for her to explain and she just kept restating the same thing. I cleary asked were both fees the expected payment wasn't provided a clear answer. Because we were not prepared we ended up paying some in cash and some card.
