I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision Garage Door when one of our doors stopped working. Marcus arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly assessed the issue. He explained what the problem was and told me he could fix it that day. Marcus worked quickly, explained to me what he had done and had me make sure it was repaired to my satisfaction. The price was fair, the door was repaired quickly and Marcus was friendly and professional. I will definitely use Precision again in the future!

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years and under both the old and new owners. We have been so pleased with work from all of the technicians who have come out to our property. The three new Clopay Wood Garage doors that they installed three years ago still look amazing. Today we just needed a new keypad and Jeff came out (immediately) with a big smile and very professional and personable. Great service all the way around!!!!

We needed to repair one of our garage doors’ retraction springs and perform routine maintenance on the other one. We made an appointment through their website which was easy and convenient. We received confirmation texts and email reminding us of the appointment and then received a text when Daniel Hunt, the technician, was on the way to our house. They arrived on time, reviewed our service needs and provided us with a cost estimate. They had the parts that were needed on their truck and completed the service within an hour of arrival.
