The phone representative took my information and provided the available times for my garage door repair. The technician arrived right on schedule and advised what needed to be done. Marvin was courteous and professional. I decided to go ahead and have the motor replaced as well while he was here. It is so QUIET compared to my old one. Marvin explained everything in detail including how to use the new keypad and how to lock the entire system when needed. Happy customer here.

This is the 3rd or so service that I have had, different issues each time. The technician Kevin has done all 3 jobs. He is very professional and knows his job very well. We talk about the Navy when he is here, I now know where the real training came from being a Navy veteran myself. Kevin was awesome! I can’t believe how much he was able to help me. I had another company insist I needed $5000 worth of work. Kevin fixed one door in 5 minutes and priced the 2nd door for just a gear replacement well under the companies quote. He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong with both. I’m blown away at the difference in competence and price. I’m so thankful for my experience and I definitely wouldn’t use anyone else.

Gets the problems solved in a timely manner. Dealt with Jeff as sales person; excellent in answering questions as needed.
