Fourth time to use Precision and every time I’ve been pleased. Paul, the technician who we always ask for, is so knowledgeable about garage doors and is very nice. Had to replace a spring and reset the door. Great job!!!

Precision scheduled me for the same day which was important as it was Friday and the car was trapped in the garage until the broken spring was replaced. Kevin called before he came, giving me 30 minutes to get home from work. He was friendly and was able to solve a couple of other issues with a 65-year-old door. He then gave me some tips of how to maintain the door.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Door. I placed a call on New Year's Day and the phone was answered immediately. She arranged my service call for the next day. Marvin, my service technician, called before he arrived and to check to see if it was okay to come earlier than my scheduled time. Marvin was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. After securing the part needed, my garage door was fixed promptly and perfectly. Marvin is a great representative of the company. I highly recommend Precision! Thank you.

While there is never a good time for a garage door lift to go out, Precision came the next morning and took care of our system. Needed a spring replacement for one car garage. Called sunday and repair was done in no time Monday morning. Technician (Marvin) was kind and skillful. Garage operating like new. Repair wasn't cheap but can't really knock the company for that as nothing is cheap these days

We have used Precision Doors for our Mountain Brook home for years. Recently, we had 3 solid wood Clopay garage doors fabricated and installed on our Guest House / Garage combo by Daniel. They are stunning and added so much to our 1929 home. The entire process was seamless. Jeff the owner made sure of that for us. Recently we needed service after a power outage and Kevin immediately came out and went above and beyond of run in rectifying the situation. Impressive customer service by Precision!

Precision was great to work with. Our tech was very knowledgeable, honest and informative. Even though he was there to replace springs he checked the integrity of our garage door. He also attempted to repair some broken hinges and did replace a missing bolt. We will definitely call upon Precision in the future.
