This is the second time I have used Precision, and I was very pleased with their troubleshooting and service. First time with them was a couple of years ago when they installed a new garage door opener mechanism and replaced a worn panel on my garage door. On this call they had to troubleshoot a strange noise with my garage door and very were efficient and courteous. They also explained everything they were doing to rectify the issue that had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them every time I have a garage door problem. Great service!

We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for many years at our Mountain Brook, AL home. We had them install three solid wood Clopay Doors which are a stunning compliment to our 1928 French Country stone home. We recently needed service and reached out to our contact person and owner Jeff Arno to learn the business has recently changed hands. We were truly sad because we just got the best service from Jeff. He assured us the new owners were just fabulous. I called them immediately and they were able to come out the same day. Daniel our regular service tech came out which was a nice surprise. He knows our property and is very professional. Our problem was fixed in 20 minutes. We are just so pleased. It is very hard these days to find companies who have a GREAT work ethic and customer service. Happy to see the new owners are following in Jeff's footsteps.

Getting an appointment with Precision was easy, and Kevin showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do and then went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he was finished with the adjustments. My garage door was like new. The action was smooth and quiet. I couldn’t believe the difference. I won’t wait so long between adjustments again. I would rather have periodic maintenance than have to purchase a new garage door. I heartily recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs.
