I had a broken spring and couldn't open my garage door. I called Precision and the CSR said she would have a tech out in the morning. Braxton and Nathan called and said they were on the way. When they arrived they evaluated the problem and gave me options for the work. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. Braxton and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any garage door repairs. Great job!

The work they did then was terrific, and the quick repair work they did this week was just as good. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I was very pleased with their troubleshooting and service. First time with them was a couple of years ago when they installed a new garage door opener mechanism and replaced a worn panel on my garage door. On this call they had to troubleshoot a strange noise with my garage door and very were efficient and courteous. They also explained everything they were doing to rectify the issue that had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them every time I have a garage door problem.
