I have previously utilized the services of Precision Door and found their promptness and professionalism commendable. Therefore, I did not hesitate to contact them again to address the repairs needed for my aging door. Technicians Braxton and Daniel arrived, evaluated the situation, and promptly commenced their work. I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of this interaction and would recommend their services without reservation.

Getting an appointment with Precision was easy, and Kevin showed up on time. He explained everything he was going to do and then went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he was finished with the adjustments. My garage door was like new. The action was smooth and quiet. I couldn’t believe the difference. I won’t wait so long between adjustments again. I would rather have periodic maintenance than have to purchase a new garage door. I heartily recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs.

I called Precision to repair my garage door that was not operating correctly. The lady that took my phone call was very nice. I was able to get someone out the next day between 8:00 and 10::00. Marvin called me, said he was on the way. Arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice and professional. Repaired a wiring issue that had been rubbing against the chain from when the opener was installed years ago. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

We were interested in upgrading our garage door opener with something that included MyQ functionality. Precision was great to work with you for the whole process. I called in and had an appt setup very quickly. Braxton came out the next morning and even came earlier for us. He did a great job of talking through our options and needs. After we selected the new unit he had it professionally installed in less than an hour and walked through a detailed post install setup with us. Great experience from start to finish!
