He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. Precision scheduled me for the same day which was important as it was Friday and the car was trapped in the garage until the broken spring was replaced. Kevin called before he came, giving me 30 minutes to get home from work. He was friendly and was able to solve a couple of other issues with a 65-year-old door. He then gave me some tips of how to maintain the door.

While there is never a good time for a garage door lift to go out, Precision came the next morning and took care of our system.
