Very professional individuals to deal with. I have been using this company for years for my garage door openers and door repairs as needed. Always responsive and courteous. Gets the problems solved in a timely manner. Dealt with Jeff as sales person; excellent in answering questions as needed. Dealt with Marvin as installer; he was very thorough; courteous; timely in installation process. He also did an excellent job in cleaning up the doors and the basement area around the doors. The phone representative took my information and provided the available times for my garage door repair. The technician arrived right on schedule and advised what needed to be done. Marvin was courteous and professional. I decided to go ahead and have the motor replaced as well while he was here. It is so QUIET compared to my old one. Marvin explained everything in detail including how to use the new keypad and how to lock the entire system when needed. Happy customer here.
