I chose Precision because they serviced all brands of garage door openers. Paul arrived early, explained exactly what he thought was wrong and offered several options. He replaced the spring spring, and adjusted the door limits.

He helped me figure out that was the issue before even showing up, helped us select the right opener for our needs and showed up on time early. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My daughter had used them the previous day and was very pleased with the service and the price. The next day I backed out of my garage before the door was fully up damaging my garage door and my car. This happened at 3:45 PM. I called Precision and they said someone would be out between 4 and 6 PM. The technician was kind, professional, and rectified my problem the same day it happened. I may need a new door in the future and will definitely call Precision. Quick, prompt, and economical. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!
