I chose Precision by looking online. I called this morning and the customer service representative was very courteous and I was able to get an appointment for this afternoon. Kevin arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and gave me the estimate. He discussed some aspects of my system and gave me estimates on future work. I would ask for him to do that work. I will be happy to recommend your company!!

I normally don't write a review on products. But, I need to here. Precision Door is a great company. My garage door is close to 50 years old and I have had Precision Door out to repair it a couple of times. After it could not be fixed safely. Precision Door pro-rated what they had already charged for the two times they worked on my door. And re-placed it with a new one. They were concerned about my family's safety on continuing to use the old one. They replaced it like I said with a new door at an affordable cost. The service techs were knowledgeable and courteous. I called several companies when my door first went haywire. All I can say is that Precision Door is a great company with outstanding employees and ownership. I recommend that anyone who needs garage door service call them FIRST. You will not be disappointed. Definitely FIVE stars.

Just as promised Daniel showed up on the agreed install date & time and was here for 2 hours taking the old garage door openers down and installing the new ones. This was such a pleasant experience as compared to waiting on Sears to show up for 2 weeks to install their units and after four appointments that they never called or showed up for. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a GREAT product and GREAT service to call Precision. Daniel was Great!
