Precision Garage Door was very responsive. I called to schedule service on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. Daniel, my repair technician, made a quick and effective fix to my Liftmaster system that had a twisted track and kept the door from moving. He was very knowledgeable about the system and how to prevent from this happening again. Overall, it was outstanding service. I would highly recommend them.

Brittain Poehler did a fantastic job, took his time to explain everything to me & answered all my questions in detail. Brittain did an amazing job explaining to me what he repaired and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. If you have any kind trouble with your garage door do not bother with anyone else.

I chose Precision because I saw you sold "Lift Master" equipment, have been in business for a number of years, and had good customer feedback ratings. Also liked the tone and feel of your web page. A little surprised at the cost to replace 2 springs but most things blow me away at their cost these days. Technician did a real good job, was prompt and a very effective sales person you might enjoy knowing. Will use you again unless I find somebody significantly less expensive - but probably will not. Garage Door has one of the rollers jumped the track on a Friday near noon. I was afraid I was going to have my door open until a repair on Monday. I called because one of my garage doors would not go all the way to the ground, even after I tried to adjust it, and left a gap that was large enough for small furry critters to crawl under. Marvin showed me that the door opener may eventually need to be replaced, but the more serious problem was the worn out bottom seal / weatherstripping on all of my doors. He got that job done and all of my doors are closed tightly again. Thanks!
