My tech was very polite done a great job cleaned up behind his self an said he didn't mind company while working .the first tech that come measured the job just wanted to add extension cause of the drop ceiling but the tech that put it up put the spring an roller on. Alot better than just a extension. Best prices in Birmingham al

This was a great experience. Had an issue with a garage door opener. Found this company online. Booking appointment was quick and easy. Appointment window was 4-6, at about 5:00, I received a call from the tech apologizing for running late. He told me he would arrive about 5:35, well within the window. When Jeffery arrived, he was very courteous, nice and knowledgeable. He found and repaired my problem. I would highly recommend using Precision for any garage door problems and if you are lucky enough to get Jeffery as your technician, then your experience just got elevated.
