Fixed garage door to where it is operable until we can receive a quote to have it replaced. Kenny was the service technician who came to the house and had it working ina short time. Did not charge a service fee. Very pleased with their work.

I was very much impressed on Precision Door Service. The technical problems were mainly our garage door opener was not working, the service teck took his time in inspecting the track of the garage doors and oiled them down really good! He went the extra mile and really cared about the job he did!! He figured out what was wrong with my garage door right off the bat!! Very knowledgeable!! Good job. His work was very much appreciated., and his kindness too!

We called on a Saturday morning at about 7:30. Troy, the technician, called by 7:50 to say he was on the way. Troy was up front and helpful all the way. By 11am Troy had replaced our torsion system and our garage was running smoothly again! Professional, efficient, and excellent service!
