Jeff called and spoke with me about my garage door needs very promptly after my inquiries. Initial quote was submitted timely. I subsequently changed my mind on replacing the doors and he advised accordingly and sent someone out quickly. The technician, Marvin was pleasant, knowledgable and cleaned everything when done. Very pleased I chose Precision.

Paul was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my garage door that was necessary for it to operate again, and then repaired it after my giving the go-ahead. He also informed me of issues that could possibly come up with it later due to the age of my door. Also, since I was trapped in the garage because my door wouldn't raise, he came same day and even earlier than my scheduled appointment. Thank you!

If you’re reading this review you don’t have to go any further to choose a terrific garage door repair or sales company Marvin was my technician call just like they said he was Toby was 70 minutes out got there in 17 minutes… :-) There’s been an issue with both garage doors have been painted and stuck and the openers just pull parts apart… Let him know we were selling the home he said well you don’t wanna spend a lot of money here’s what I can do… Siri had to go back to get some specialty angle iron in order to brace both doors up I told him he could come back two three days didn’t matter to me Marvin said I’ll be back today I want to clear this off and get you so you don’t have to worry about it Again call Rodney was 17 minutes out… :-) True to his word got there just then 30 minutes later both doors were working like champs I think they were probably better than they were before they got broken… LOL The reviews are correct! This is a quality company with quality individuals! Les

I had a tension spring break on me Saturday. After a bit of research I contacted Precision. Paul came out on time, with a great attitude, and perfect service and had me taken care of in no time at all. Paul came to our home today and solved a problem that had been driving us "nuts" for the past 3 weeks. Our garage door openers had minds of their own - we never knew what they were going to do !!
