The Technicians, Braxton and his partner, were excellent and very professional. Explained all the options and costs prior to beginning the work installing motor and a new spring. Today, 2/19/21, Precision delivered and installed two garage doors for me. The installer, Marvin, did an excellent job on both doors, paying strict attention to detail, so that I received the best outcome possible. Marvin was very professional, and was keenly interested in assuring that his work met my expectations! On my application, install time was about 2 hours per door. The doors not only look great, but they are insulated so that my garage may stay a bit warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summertime. I felt that the price was very reasonable, which is always a big plus! I highly recommend Precision, and Marvin, for garage door replacement or repair.

My doors were installed yesterday and Jeremy Molay did an outstanding job. I could not be happier. I love them. Jeremy was so nice and professional. He explained everything and asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up all the little bits and pieces. Every company should have "some" Jeremy's. Jeff the owner needs to clone him.

Jeremy Molay was the technician and I give him 5 stars. The garage door would not open so he had to walk through the house to check on it, decide alternatives to fix the problem and discuss them with me, back through the house to get equipment from the truck and back to the garage to fix the problem. Very reliable young man.
