We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!

I am sorry that it took us a little longer than usual to get your estimate to you due to us being extremely busy today. I did see where you received our estimate by email and it was opened and read at 9:04 pm this evening and I just ant to thank you for taking the time to submit your review at 9:33 pm. The tech that came to my house was unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask my wife for a tip. All he was there for was for an estimate. That’s not how you treat future customers. And a good way of not getting business
