KENNY WAS THE FIRST MANAGER WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO OVERLOOK AND SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED. We purchased a new garage door in August 2018 from you. We called a service order in because the bracket raising the door broke, The bracket was installed incorrectly which caused the brakeage. The technician who came out noticed the problem and installed a wider and more supportive bracket. Problem solved. Happy Customer !!! We would definitely refer you, and use you again.

I received great reviews from my daughter that had a door opener installed by Precision. I called and also had one installed and could not have received better service. He was very polite and professional and I will truly recommend them. Got a great garage door opener and I could not be happier with the door and the service. He took his time and explained everything to me since I got a Wi-Fi door opener.

We contacted for a residential repair around 11 am on Sept 3. We were told that a technician could not come out until the next day, and the phone rep reviewed the fees including a service charge (despite the website saying that if you call by 3 and they can’t get to you in the same day, the service charge would be waived). The tech comes out and met with my husband and we need to replace the doors. He sent an estimate promptly, but sent it for white doors which would not match our house. I requested paint samples for other options and those were also delivered quickly. Since then i have emailed a few times to request a revised quote with my desired color and options for windows and have gotten no response. Crickets. Over a week later I am still locked out of one side of my garage due to a broken door, and am trying to spend my money to get it fixed yet no one will respond. I am now contacting other companies locally - where I wasn’t even intending to shop this quote to begin with.

Jeremy did a great job with the installation and making sure I was happy. The President/Owner was also very helpful, as were the people answering the phones. My only bit of constructive criticism is there was an old phone number listed in the YP app in addition to the current number. The President was appreciative of that information and is taking action to have that corrected. This is my second time to use Precision Door and I have been extremely pleased with the installation and the actual products both times. The first time I used them was at a different house about 10 years ago and the opener has worked without any flaws the whole time. Extremely quiet also. Precision is the best choice. No question. Price was good too.

Took a chance after I called another company and was told it would be a week before they could come. So I gave them a call and within 1 hour, they were at my home repairing our garage door spring and cables.
