This is not the first time I've used Precision and if again I have repair work of this nature this is who I will call. Jeremy called while he was en-route and arrived as promised. Upon reviewing the reason for my call he did a further inspection and showed me other items in need or repair. He began work immediately and finished in short order. All is working just fine now.

I was unable to open my garage door to get my lawn equipment out to cut my grass so I went online to find a garage door repair company and the reviews for Precision Overhead Garage Door looked very good. I called and made an appointment for them to come out and repair my garage door. My appt time was confirmed via email 8:00 - 10:00 for 3/16/19. The service tech., Jeremy Molay, called at 8:00 to confirm if it would be ok to come for repairs in 25 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and went over what the problem was and what needed to be done and gave me quote for 2 different options for repairs. I thought this would take either all day or at least all morning. At approx. 9:00 he knocked on door and said that he had completed the repairs and he went over what he had done and also told me to keep a eye out to make sure the cable did not become fray over time. I was very pleased with the service tech and Precision Overhead Garage Door Company. I highly recommend them for any job pertaining to garage doors. I will definitely be calling them for anything concerning garage doors whether it be repairs or new doors. Thank you.
