I was unable to open my garage door to get my lawn equipment out to cut my grass so I went online to find a garage door repair company and the reviews for Precision Overhead Garage Door looked very good. I called and made an appointment for them to come out and repair my garage door. My appt time was confirmed via email 8:00 - 10:00 for 3/16/19. The service tech., Jeremy Molay, called at 8:00 to confirm if it would be ok to come for repairs in 25 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and went over what the problem was and what needed to be done and gave me quote for 2 different options for repairs. I thought this would take either all day or at least all morning. At approx. 9:00 he knocked on door and said that he had completed the repairs and he went over what he had done and also told me to keep a eye out to make sure the cable did not become fray over time. I was very pleased with the service tech and Precision Overhead Garage Door Company. I highly recommend them for any job pertaining to garage doors. I will definitely be calling them for anything concerning garage doors whether it be repairs or new doors. Thank you.

Precision was mentioned multiple times on our neighborhood's Facebook page as being a great company to deal with. The technician was prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over what was wrong, our options, and the different prices for each. I felt confident in him, his work, and our decision.

The entire experience was easy and pleasant (not the damage I caused or the way I felt after being so careless) I received prompt professional service with a smile. The charges were very reasonable and the technician was extremely helpful. I was completely satisfied with the service provided and will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door, garage door repair or just updating their existing system (ie. exterior door entry pad). When my garage door broke, I called Precision because of previous good experiences with them. True to form, they responded quickly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (broken gears and sprockets), gave me a price for approval and made the repair in 30 minutes or less. The service person was also courteous and professional.
