The service was available immediately, performed quickly and professionally. I was given options and chose the one recommended by the technician. Would've given 5 stars, if it was for the technician, but for the service it's 4 starts due to the high price. However, they were available when no one else was. I recommend the service in case of emergency.

I contacted Precision Door Company to get me out of a jam after I backed into my garage door. The entire experience was easy and pleasant (not the damage I caused or the way I felt after being so careless) I received prompt professional service with a smile. The charges were very reasonable and the technician was extremely helpful. I was completely satisfied with the service provided and will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door, garage door repair or just updating their existing system (ie. exterior door entry pad). Precision Garage Door gets a 5 out of 5 from me.

We are so pleased with our new garage doors, opener, etc. What made the work seamless was the installer, Marvin! He is so kind and completely competent working with a very uneven opening to the garage. His quiet confidence made our day. Thanks Precision for sending a great installer and providing a great product!

When my garage door broke, I called Precision because of previous good experiences with them. True to form, they responded quickly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (broken gears and sprockets), gave me a price for approval and made the repair in 30 minutes or less. The service person was also courteous and professional.

I choose Precision because of your attractive add in the YP. The experience has bee encouraging so far. Paul came out DEC 5 and talked me into a new door . Troy is supposed to install the new door in the morning at 9:00. Now i find a $50 coupon on this web site. How cool is that ? We will have to see what happens tomorrow when Troy calls and shows up tomorrow morning at 9:00. I will let you know. Walter Rush

Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor couldn't get their door open and asked me if I knew anyone who could help them. I gave them your number and you were out the SAME day to help them! No one can accuse you of dragging your feet! Thanks so much for your help! You know I'll call if I have another issue and I'll continue to recommend you to friends and neighbors!

Paul was fantastic! Arrived on time, told me how long it would take to install the two garage doors and the openers. He was dead on. Explained what the process would be, and worked very professionally. He answered any questions that I had in advance. He also made sure the entire work area was swept up so no loose screws were on the garage floor. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks.

Paul was very professional, right off he observed the problem when I explained what was wrong. He explained the procedure what had to be done and calculated the total cost before starting. He proceeded working in a very prompt manner. He has a very sunny personality that was very engaging. I enjoyed his company and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10.
