My garage door spring broke on a Saturday, the day before we were going on vacation. I called Precision and they had my door working by 2:00 the same day. Thank you very much Marvin. Our Precision garage doors were installed in February, 2016, and have worked flawlessly until one of the two began opening on its own after a storm last week. Apparently, this was a fairly common issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes by the technician, on Monday morning. The service was friendly and excellent, and he showed me how thedoor can be adjusted if a similar anomaly happens again. Thanks for the great service.

We Originally chose this company based on the BBB rating, their website, and their reputation. We have used them three times for various repairs (we have 5 garage doors) and each time the serviceman was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. They offered options without high pressure sales. We feel they are honest and trustworthy. We especially like Jeremy and will ask for him the next time we need service. We bought a new house and the garage door opener did not work. We called Precision and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Also our garage was a two car garage and the second door didnt have an opener. While they were there they gave a great price to get one installed. We ended up getting the one opener fixed and a new one installed. We were extremely pleased with the service.

First of all the technician was "ON TIME". The work was superior ; we were quite impress with the service. We definitely would recommend to other people. Work was completed on both the garage door opener and the garage door.
