Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor couldn't get their door open and asked me if I knew anyone who could help them. I gave them your number and you were out the SAME day to help them! Paul was fantastic! Arrived on time, told me how long it would take to install the two garage doors and the openers. He was dead on. Explained what the process would be, and worked very professionally. He answered any questions that I had in advance. He also made sure the entire work area was swept up so no loose screws were on the garage floor. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks.

My garage door opener malfunctioned and I was locked in/out. Called these folks after hours and was surprised to be able to talk with a live person who listened to my dilemma and told me someone would be here sometime between 8-10 am the next morning. Sure enough, Jeremy called to confirm he was on the way at 8 am but would be a few minutes late due to an accident. He arrived about 8:30 and had my garage door working like new in less than an hour! He was very courteous, professional, and competent. He had the parts he needed on the truck and the charges were very reasonable. Today was the first time I have ever used Precision Garage Doors and I decided to try them after reading their reviews. I definitely will give this company a 5 Star rating too. The young man who was my service man was very professional, well-mannered and polite. He went over my options with me before he began the work and we discussed which would be best for me. There was absolutely no pressure or any additional fees. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the service quickly, then going over every detail with me. He is an asset to this company. He cleaned up everything and asked if I had any additional questions or concerns before he left. And he thanked me for doing business with this company.
