Excellent service. Prompt, everything explained clearly and just what I wanted. I would recommend and use again. They handled my problem less than a day after I called even though it was a Saturday of a holiday weekend.

I looked the company up on the internet and saw good reviews and made the appointment, the repairman was on time and actually got there early after calling first. Repairman was very polite, fixed garage door and even made a few other repairs we didn't even know we're needed. Charges were reasonable and we were very pleased with service.

This is our 2nd time to use Precision. Our technician was very friendly and knew his business. He was able to tell us what was wrong right away and I was able to do it myself. We give Precision a 5 star rating.

The garage door would not close during cold weather but worked fine in warm weather. I talked with two other garage door repair companies and neither had ever heard of that before. So I called Precision and they were familiar with the problem. The repairman showed up on time, replaced the sensors, gave other options for replacing worn springs, etc, and was finished in less than an hour. Great Service and professional presence.

Precision made 3 separate house calls to diagnose the problem with our garage door opener in order to determine replacement was the answer. Precision's technician, Marvin, arrived early, explained equipment options very thoroughly, and did a quick and tidy job of installing the new opener. I was very pleased with the service and will gladly recommend Precision.

We choose Precision because of the ad in the Clipper magazine and researching Precision reviews on the internet. This the second garage door opener installation done by Precision. Both openers were installed professionally by technician Jeremy Molay. Jeremy was selected because of the great job he did on the first opener and that he knew the product well. Jeremy left the garage clean and the only evidence that he had been here was a new opener. Because of the fantastic job performed by Jeremy, we highly recommend Precision.
Thank you for the great review Mr. Whittington. We strive to give all of our customers the best service that they deserve. We pride ourselves on being a professional company with the best products and warranties in the garage door industry. Again, thank you for choosing Precision Door Service for your garage door needs. Technician Daniel arrived within the appointment time range provided to me when I called for assistance. He explained what he would be doing once I explained my issues/concerns to him and provided me with the overall charges for his work. I feel he did a great job in that 1) both garage doors are working and 2) they operate quieter than before. So far - well satisfied.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday, the day before we were going on vacation. I called Precision and they had my door working by 2:00 the same day. Thank you very much Marvin. Speaking as a small business owner, you did a great job explaining what you were doing. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in the future.

Hiccups happen... I do it all the time. And I'm sorry I became more ballistic as that day progressed. All is forgotten, you remain our vendor, and I speak well of you to others. :)
