Daniel arrived on time; was very respectful, neatly dressed and set out to replace the broken torsion spring. on the 2-car garage door. Unlike other repair company reps. he didn't pressure me to do any additional work. I asked if we should replace both springs and he said it was my decision. After a discussion of normal life expectancy I elected to have him change both. He finished the job promptly and checked it out. A first class job by a first technician.

Precision's services were first class! We had not expected to find anyone on Saturday when our garage door got stuck in the "up" position as we were leaving. The technician who came (actually well before our appointment, but not without calling ahead) was Jeremy and he was pleasant, very polite, efficient, explained everything to us and had the problem fixed in no time flat. Repairman was very polite, fixed garage door and even made a few other repairs we didn't even know we're needed. Charges were reasonable and we were very pleased with service.

The garage door would not close during cold weather but worked fine in warm weather. I talked with two other garage door repair companies and neither had ever heard of that before. So I called Precision and they were familiar with the problem. The repairman showed up on time, replaced the sensors, gave other options for replacing worn springs, etc, and was finished in less than an hour. Great Service and professional presence.
