My daughter had used them the previous day and was very pleased with the service and the price. The next day I backed out of my garage before the door was fully up damaging my garage door and my car. This happened at 3:45 PM. I called Precision and they said someone would be out between 4 and 6 PM. The technician was kind, professional, and rectified my problem the same day it happened. I may need a new door in the future and will definitely call Precision. Quick, prompt, and economical. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

I've used precision doors in the past for repairs and was very satisfied with their work. Marvin has really been of great assistance. We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!
