These people are the most honest people I know in business. They came when they said they would and told me exactly what needed to be done and went to get the part and came back and fixed the garage door opener. They did not try to sell me a bill of goods that I didn't need unlike the person that came out before them and said I needed everything new. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff and am grateful to the friend that told me about them.

The service man who came out was on time; very knowledgeable; made suggestions on how to take care of the sensors and even showed me how to change the light bulb that had gone out! This company is the real deal. They were the 3rd company I spoke to about the problem with my garage door, and they were absolutely the right choice. Very professional, courteous, and you can take them at their word. My technician was Paul, and he is absolutely the man. The coolest guy who seems to really know his stuff. He showed up in the first 15 minutes of the 2-hour window, and as we are still dealing with COVID-19 here in Alabama, I appreciated the fact that he was wearing a face mask. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, explained it to me in very simple terms, and made me aware of all my options. Everything he needed to do the job was in his truck. He was done in 45 minutes, cleaned up, and was out. I strongly recommend this company.

Precision has customer service and professionalism mastered! I was very impressed with the installer, Jeremy Molay. His knowledge, honesty and expertise was very refreshing and he was very professional. We had one of our two garage door openers replaced and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. He even programmed the new remotes to work with existing other opener in our garage. I would highly recommend Precision!

I called Precision to repair problems with one of our garage doors. The technician, Jeremy, arrived at the appointed time. He was very efficient, and quickly diagnosed the causes of the problems. He also spotted problems with our other garage door, and was very clear and courteous explaining the problems and their solutions. Repairs were quickly and neatly made to both doors, and we are very pleased with the work and his professionalism.

Call me old fashioned, but when I hire someone to do something, I expect the job to be done right the first time?! That's why I have always relied on Precision Door Service to service and fix our garage doors. Just had one of their most reliable techs, Marvin, come out and install an ultra-quiet belt-driven motor and closer, getting ride of a twenty year old chain drive that made a lot of noise. He also found and fixed a really bad squeak in the track rail. Thanks Marvin and Precision Door Service!
