The technician,Marvin called to see if he could come earlier than the appointment time which I gladly said that it was ok to come earlier. The repair to the garage door took less than an hour. He was courteous and professional. The broken parts were removed and the work area was left clean. Very satisfied.

Hi, Jeremy repaired my garage door (replaced the springs and cables). Jeremy called to discuss the problem before my appointment. When he arrived, I am thankful he adhered to CDC covid 19 guides. He was very professional and kind. He checked the door, explained the problem, the cost and made repairs timely. He showed me how the door work after repair. These people are the most honest people I know in business. They came when they said they would and told me exactly what needed to be done and went to get the part and came back and fixed the garage door opener. They did not try to sell me a bill of goods that I didn't need unlike the person that came out before them and said I needed everything new. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff and am grateful to the friend that told me about them.

The service man who came out was on time; very knowledgeable; made suggestions on how to take care of the sensors and even showed me how to change the light bulb that had gone out!
