I've used precision doors in the past for repairs and was very satisfied with their work. Marvin has really been of great assistance. He is professional and personable and he doesn't mind answering questions. I needed to get a new garbage door and because of my past experience with them, they were who I called. I would greatly recommend them.

We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!

We bought this house several years ago and new garage doors was on the to do list. Our neighbor got a new door so I thought I would check into it. I did the "design your door" online and got an email from the owner. We discussed my needs on the phone. The process was easy and I was able to schedule an installation time that was good for me. My install guy was Kevin. He was very nice and answered my questions. It wasn't long before my new doors were up. They look fabulous! Very pleased and highly recommend Precision Doors!

Your technician, Marvin, replaced my garage door and added an outside push pad entry system on my home 8-10 yrs ago. He was very efficient, explained everything well, & gave good service. So when the push pad mechanism needed replacement, I called and requested Marvin to help me again. Today he replaced push pad mechanism with same business like efficiency and kind demeanor.

The technician came earlier than our assigned time because we had called and said that we were home and someone could come earlier. It turns out that only a battery in our keypad needed to be replaced. He replaced it. He was very professional and efficient.

I googled garage door companies in the Birmingham area and decided to contact precision. I contacted them, they set up an appointment for Saturday, the technician called me to let me know that he was on his way. He gave me different options to choose from as far as complete replacement of the door system, or necessary repairs that would make the door fully operational again. We decided to go with necessary repairs. It only took him about an hour to replace the springs, cables, all of the rollers, and make final adjustments. He was very professional .
