My daughter had used them the previous day and was very pleased with the service and the price. The next day I backed out of my garage before the door was fully up damaging my garage door and my car. This happened at 3:45 PM. I called Precision and they said someone would be out between 4 and 6 PM. The technician was kind, professional, and rectified my problem the same day it happened. I may need a new door in the future and will definitely call Precision. Quick, prompt, and economical. Overall very pleased with the service I received.

Paul was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything about my garage door that was necessary for it to operate again, and then repaired it after my giving the go-ahead. He also informed me of issues that could possibly come up with it later due to the age of my door. Also, since I was trapped in the garage because my door wouldn't raise, he came same day and even earlier than my scheduled appointment. Thank you!

We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!

Marvin was early and went right to work. He had my new spring installed and my door working in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Precision if you want your door fixed right and quickly.
