I have used Precision Garage Doors for over 15 year. I have needed them four or five times. Every time they are prompt,friendly, and knowledgeable. This past week I had to get a new garage door opener. It was well overdue! I felt sorry for him having to work in my hot garage but he went about the job with a smile. He said it is just part of it. Also, my new motor is sooo quiet!

We had 2 garage doors installed. The installer (Troy) was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the doors and installation. He had the doors installed promptly and made sure everything was cleaned up. Our salesman Kenny even showed up to see how the install was going. I would truly recommend this company to others because they are very prompt with coming out and giving us a great quote. We called several other companies before them and they were the first to respond. The doors look great and quieter than our old wooden ones. Thank you for a great experience and our wonderful new garage doors!

Sept of 2018 purchased: PDS800 BELT DRIVE OPENER 7' Rail 3/4 HP DC BELT DRIVE, MANUFACTURE'S LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON BELT, MOTOR AND GEARBOX, 5 YEAR OVERALL,1 YEAR CIRCUIT BOARD, EXCEPT LIGHTING STRIKES. INCLUDES 2 REMOTES, 1 WIRELESS KEY PAD Marvin was the installer, on time, professional, courteous very pleased with the service. I experienced some issues with the opener - having to hold the wall button until the door was fully closed. 6/4/2018 Had a service call today that diagnosed a bad "Board" and a faulty light socket. Jeremy was the technician. Again, showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently; a pleasurable customer service experience. I would definitely use Precision again.

Troy who was assigned to my job arrived right before the scheduled time and had my garage door fixed in about 20-25 minutes. He was a great person and he even helped to make sure my garage door went up high enough for my SUV. I work for the largest utility in Alabama that is know for their customer service and this was truly a great experience. I will use Precision in the future and recommend them to others for sure.

Daniel arrived on time; was very respectful, neatly dressed and set out to replace the broken torsion spring. on the 2-car garage door. Unlike other repair company reps. he didn't pressure me to do any additional work. I asked if we should replace both springs and he said it was my decision. After a discussion of normal life expectancy I elected to have him change both. He finished the job promptly and checked it out. A first class job by a first technician.
