When my garage door broke, I called Precision because of previous good experiences with them. True to form, they responded quickly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (broken gears and sprockets), gave me a price for approval and made the repair in 30 minutes or less. The service person was also courteous and professional.

This is the second time I have used them for our garage doors. Once again I am very satisfied with their courtesy and also being on time. Todd explained what was wrong and how he would fix my problem. Also he gave me a senior discount. I will continue using them.

I choose Precision because of your attractive add in the YP. The experience has bee encouraging so far. Paul came out DEC 5 and talked me into a new door . Troy is supposed to install the new door in the morning at 9:00. Now i find a $50 coupon on this web site. How cool is that ? We will have to see what happens tomorrow when Troy calls and shows up tomorrow morning at 9:00. I will let you know. Walter Rush

Can't believe how quickly you can respond to a call! Jeremy was here less than 20 minutes and fixed our issue. A couple of weeks ago my neighbor couldn't get their door open and asked me if I knew anyone who could help them. I gave them your number and you were out the SAME day to help them! No one can accuse you of dragging your feet! Thanks so much for your help! You know I'll call if I have another issue and I'll continue to recommend you to friends and neighbors!

Paul was fantastic! Arrived on time, told me how long it would take to install the two garage doors and the openers. He was dead on. Explained what the process would be, and worked very professionally. He answered any questions that I had in advance. He also made sure the entire work area was swept up so no loose screws were on the garage floor. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks.

The reason I chose Precision is because your ad said "service the same day". Your company is definitely a "5". Paul came to our home today and solved a problem that had been driving us "nuts" for the past 3 weeks. Our garage door openers had minds of their own - we never knew what they were going to do !! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to your company.

Paul was very professional, right off he observed the problem when I explained what was wrong. He explained the procedure what had to be done and calculated the total cost before starting. He proceeded working in a very prompt manner. He has a very sunny personality that was very engaging. I enjoyed his company and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10.

I came home one night and my garage door would not lift over 6 inches. I was able to chat live with Precision and schedule and an appointment for between 8 and 10 the next morning. The technician Troy came around 8:15 and by 10 I was all fixed. He ran quickly to get my part. I cannot say enough good about this amazing experience. Thanks.
