We Originally chose this company based on the BBB rating, their website, and their reputation. We have used them three times for various repairs (we have 5 garage doors) and each time the serviceman was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. They offered options without high pressure sales. We feel they are honest and trustworthy. We especially like Jeremy and will ask for him the next time we need service. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We bought a new house and the garage door opener did not work. We called Precision and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Also our garage was a two car garage and the second door didnt have an opener. While they were there they gave a great price to get one installed. We ended up getting the one opener fixed and a new one installed. We were extremely pleased with the service.

My husband and I have used Precision Door for years. We purchased a garage door from them when we lived in Pleasant Grove and after the tornado in 2011 we moved to a new home but immediately called them to purchase a door for that home as well. The quality of their products is very good. Their service department is very dependable and efficient. Every one is very friendly putting the customer first for their needs to be met. I have never had to call them for a repair to the workmanship of the door. It was storm related with a power surge. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure.
