My husband and I have used Precision Door for years. We purchased a garage door from them when we lived in Pleasant Grove and after the tornado in 2011 we moved to a new home but immediately called them to purchase a door for that home as well. The quality of their products is very good. Their service department is very dependable and efficient. Every one is very friendly putting the customer first for their needs to be met. I have never had to call them for a repair to the workmanship of the door. It was storm related with a power surge. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure.

Technician came out and recommended what he feels is the right door for our garage. However, the door had to be ordered. We are waiting for the door to arrive. The technician was very pleasant and assisted and guided us in selecting the proper garage door.

I was very much impressed on Precision Door Service. The technical problems were mainly our garage door opener was not working, the service teck took his time in inspecting the track of the garage doors and oiled them down really good! He went the extra mile and really cared about the job he did!! He figured out what was wrong with my garage door right off the bat!! Very knowledgeable!! Good job. Arrived on time and performed repair timely and was thorough in explaining the problem and recommendation. Suggested options but did not pressure me with an up-sale.
