Arrived on time and performed repair timely and was thorough in explaining the problem and recommendation. Suggested options but did not pressure me with an up-sale. I have now used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice over a several year period. Both times, they were prompt, complete, friendly and reasonably priced. I have their phone number written on the inside of my garage door so that should I ever have another door issue, I can quickly call them back.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Selected the belt driven w/outside opener and 2 remotes. Impressed with the unit but most of all impressed with your technician who did the work.
