First time user here: I would like to thank Precision for their courteous, efficient and prompt service from Jeremy Molay. Quite a young man who I enjoyed being around; if the rest of your employees are like him, I think you should be extremely proud of each and everyone of them. Any of my neighbors, friends or relatives needing service, Precision will be at the top of my recommendations.

Arrived on time and performed repair timely and was thorough in explaining the problem and recommendation. Suggested options but did not pressure me with an up-sale. I used this company for a door replacement and new opener on a different door and have been satisfied both times they did work for me. I have been happy with the work and the technicians. Very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have now used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice over a several year period. Both times, they were prompt, complete, friendly and reasonably priced. I have their phone number written on the inside of my garage door so that should I ever have another door issue, I can quickly call them back.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Selected the belt driven w/outside opener and 2 remotes. Impressed with the unit but most of all impressed with your technician who did the work. Efficient and knowledgeable, he got the work done, explained the operation, cleaned up after himself and was gone. Quality job. I will recommend your company should neighbors need your services. Thanks.
