I called in and had an appt setup very quickly. Braxton came out the next morning and even came earlier for us. He did a great job of talking through our options and needs. After we selected the new unit he had it professionally installed in less than an hour and walked through a detailed post install setup with us. Great experience from start to finish!

Precision scheduled me for the same day which was important as it was Friday and the car was trapped in the garage until the broken spring was replaced. Kevin called before he came, giving me 30 minutes to get home from work. He was friendly and was able to solve a couple of other issues with a 65-year-old door. He then gave me some tips of how to maintain the door.
