Many thanks for sending Paul to fix our door!!! He was great - - thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and a winsome personality. I will definitely ask for Paul to be the serviceman if, heaven forbid, I ever have another problem with our garage door. He was awesome. (There is a question below asking if we had to purchase an item in order to fix the door. I know we did purchase a new bracket, but I do not know if there was anything else replaced. However, a bracket isn’t on the list of items.)

I was told by my son to call precision After my garage door was broke I called them they was out within two hours fix my garage door within 20 minutes so convenient the repairman was so courteous thank you precision. The other companies want to give me a two week appointment I couldn’t let my house be unsecured for that long thanks again precision

Jeff called and spoke with me about my garage door needs very promptly after my inquiries. Initial quote was submitted timely. I subsequently changed my mind on replacing the doors and he advised accordingly and sent someone out quickly. The technician, Marvin was pleasant, knowledgable and cleaned everything when done. We’ve used Precision Door twice now in the past two decades and have complete confidence in their work. Today Kevin showed me where to use a garage door lube every four months to keep the coils of the older door from rusting. He had replaced a broken coil on the other door.

This is the second time I’ve used Precision, and if I could give them 10 stars I would! I have always found them to be courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. I was sure that I had damaged my garage door so badly that I would have to have it replaced, but Daniel was able to repair it in about 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost. What a nice surprise!

My garage door was consistently getting stuck and not going fully up. I called for service this morning, not expecting anyone to be able to come until later in the week. To my surprise a technician was able to come today! Worked out perfectly as I was working from home today. Daniel came at the time I was told he would come. He diagnosed the problem, told me he’d have it fixed with the next 20 minutes and he did! Can’t get better service than that!
