I've used precision doors in the past for repairs and was very satisfied with their work. Marvin has really been of great assistance. He is professional and personable and he doesn't mind answering questions. I needed to get a new garbage door and because of my past experience with them, they were who I called. I contacted Precision to get a second opinion on the original estimate I received from another company. Boy, am. I glad I did. The tech that came to my home was not just a glorified salesman. This guy obviously knew his stuff. He gave a thorough explanation of the problems with my door system. And he offered a couple solutions for repairs instead of jumping into a sales pitch. His honest and friendly approach was refreshing. I am 100% pleased with the work that was performed and highly recommend Precision Doors for turning a huge inconvenience into an outstanding customer experience.

We have a Precision garage door opener. The sensors were damaged. Your price was $125.00 for the sensors which I could buy on line for about $40.00…what a rip off! And your device call is twice as much as some other overhead garage door repairers. I wish we never bought a Precision door opener because just a bout any other repairer would be 1/2 the price or even less!

Marvin was early and went right to work. He had my new spring installed and my door working in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Precision if you want your door fixed right and quickly. We bought this house several years ago and new garage doors was on the to do list. Our neighbor got a new door so I thought I would check into it. I did the "design your door" online and got an email from the owner. We discussed my needs on the phone. The process was easy and I was able to schedule an installation time that was good for me. My install guy was Kevin. He was very nice and answered my questions. It wasn't long before my new doors were up. They look fabulous! Very pleased and highly recommend Precision Doors!

He also informed me of issues that could possibly come up with it later due to the age of my door. Also, since I was trapped in the garage because my door wouldn't raise, he came same day and even earlier than my scheduled appointment. Thank you!
