Arrived on time and performed repair timely and was thorough in explaining the problem and recommendation. Suggested options but did not pressure me with an up-sale. I used this company for a door replacement and new opener on a different door and have been satisfied both times they did work for me. I have been happy with the work and the technicians. I have now used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice over a several year period. Both times, they were prompt, complete, friendly and reasonably priced. I have their phone number written on the inside of my garage door so that should I ever have another door issue, I can quickly call them back.
