My garage door was consistently getting stuck and not going fully up. I called for service this morning, not expecting anyone to be able to come until later in the week. To my surprise a technician was able to come today! Worked out perfectly as I was working from home today. Daniel came at the time I was told he would come. He diagnosed the problem, told me he’d have it fixed with the next 20 minutes and he did! Can’t get better service than that!

This is the second time I’ve used Precision, and if I could give them 10 stars I would! I have always found them to be courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. I was sure that I had damaged my garage door so badly that I would have to have it replaced, but Daniel was able to repair it in about 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost. What a nice surprise!

I’m glad that I chose Precision to repair my garage door. A torsion spring had broken and I could not open the door. Daniel, our technician arrived at his scheduled time, and he was great! He was very polite, and happy to answer any questions that I had. Quality work and the price was reasonable. I will certainly call Precision if one of my other garage doors fails. I will also request that Daniel be sent for the repair if he is available.
