My garage door spring broke on a Saturday, the day before we were going on vacation. I called Precision and they had my door working by 2:00 the same day. Thank you very much Marvin. These guys know their business and are very professional in handling it. They installed two openers for me on my utility garage and did an outstanding job - even making what turned out to be a simple fix on one of the doors to release the excess pressure in opening it manually. I recommend them as the best if you need garage door openers.

Our Precision garage doors were installed in February, 2016, and have worked flawlessly until one of the two began opening on its own after a storm last week. Apparently, this was a fairly common issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes by the technician, on Monday morning. The service was friendly and excellent, and he showed me how thedoor can be adjusted if a similar anomaly happens again. Thanks for the great service.

We have used them three times for various repairs (we have 5 garage doors) and each time the serviceman was professional, on time, and did an excellent job. We bought a new house and the garage door opener did not work. We called Precision and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Also our garage was a two car garage and the second door didnt have an opener. While they were there they gave a great price to get one installed. We ended up getting the one opener fixed and a new one installed. We were extremely pleased with the service.
