I have now used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service twice over a several year period. Both times, they were prompt, complete, friendly and reasonably priced. I have their phone number written on the inside of my garage door so that should I ever have another door issue, I can quickly call them back.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Selected the belt driven w/outside opener and 2 remotes. Impressed with the unit but most of all impressed with your technician who did the work. I wasn't aware the $70 service charge would apply in addition to the repair costs. He installed a cotter pin that had fallen out. $155 was a little much. Inv #02116776.

Mr. Yance, We at Precision Door Service strive to give our customers the best service possible. When your call was booked it as explained that there was a service charge plus parts or labor. The service charge helps defray the overall cost of doing business, vehicle insurance, maintenance, and fuel. As it appears that it it was a quick fix, you have to take in consideration the total time it took getting to your house and completing the repair. When my technician evaluated your repair he noted that someone had tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful.

I was very much impressed on Precision Door Service. The technical problems were mainly our garage door opener was not working, the service teck took his time in inspecting the track of the garage doors and oiled them down really good! He went the extra mile and really cared about the job he did!! He figured out what was wrong with my garage door right off the bat!! Very knowledgeable!! Good job. His work was very much appreciated., and his kindness too!
