We were interested in upgrading our garage door opener with something that included MyQ functionality. Precision was great to work with you for the whole process. I called in and had an appt setup very quickly. Braxton came out the next morning and even came earlier for us. He did a great job of talking through our options and needs. After we selected the new unit he had it professionally installed in less than an hour and walked through a detailed post install setup with us. Great experience from start to finish!

Precision Garage Door Service has always given us quick, efficient and professional service. Every technician that has come to our home has been very respectful and competent. Kevin repaired our garage door today, but because our door is over 20 years old and continues to need repairs, we have decided to buy a new garage door. We want Kevin to install it as he has been to our home before and knows what we want and expect. We know he will do a great job installing our door.

I got to admit expectations were low when I called based on past experiences with service providers, but Precision Door Services blew me away. They were here within 2-3 hours after being called and the service tech Daniel explained everything needed and any options offered. He repaired everything quickly and showed me the parts replaced so I could verify that they needed to be replaced. REALLY pleased with their service.

I had used your services before and it just so happened that the same man who installed my back door garbage opener. Came today to repair my front door garage. He was courteous, professional and very helpful. He's the reason I got the lifetime warranty. He answered all my concerns. I would give him an A grade. Very satisfied with his work !

I was looking for the best solution for my non-functioning garage door. Kevin showed up and might’ve been wearing a red cape! He swooped in and said all the right things to help me calm down about all the mess that things have been in. Within a few hours, he fixed my garage door and all access issues. He knew exactly what to do and made sure everything was working before he left. He was the perfect solution to what’s been not perfect lately. What a blessing!

Daniel was incredible! He kept us in the loop on his arrival status and arrived right at the start of our appointment window. He was super friendly and professional. He even finished replacing the bottom rubber seal on the garage door in just 15 minutes! It’s clear he’s been doing this for over 10 years, and it shows! Daniel was an awesome technician, and his service was top-notch. I highly recommend him! 10 out of 10 stars!

Fast, next day service. Very nice service tech. Only thing wrong is with new owners, they may no longer service our solar gate. Hope they change that decision. If we need garage door, we will certainly call on Precision. We did not require service on our garage doors today, but this survey will not accept my review unless I answer those type questions.

Excellent service. This is a very professional company that met all my expectations. I had a broken spring on my garage door that Daniel was able to replace in about 20 minutes. I could not have been any happier with the job that was done. Highly recommend.
