I had an agent come out and tell me what the problem was and what we needed to do to get it repaired. We received an estimate and would like to move forward. We are waiting for the date the work can be done. Hope we hear from someone soon to start with the repair.

We are very satisfied with Paul as the service worker. He explained everything clearly. However the phone receptionist was not clear to explain the services fees. I requested several times for her to explain and she just kept restating the same thing. I cleary asked were both fees the expected payment wasn't provided a clear answer. Because we were not prepared we ended up paying some in cash and some card.

The service was available immediately, performed quickly and professionally. I was given options and chose the one recommended by the technician. Would've given 5 stars, if it was for the technician, but for the service it's 4 starts due to the high price. However, they were available when no one else was. I recommend the service in case of emergency.

Good & fast service by Precision. My only problem was really with the chamberlain circuit board that went out on the brand new MyQ linkmaster unit they installed in March 2022. Realize that this garage door was NOT used on a daily basis only sporadically. How could something that’s a little over a year old go bad? Of course it was not under warranty. Bad workmanship or quality control with a chamberlain product as far as I am concerned ! At least I was only charged for cost on the board which was nice of Precision Door to do. Really shouldn’t have cost anything on a defective Chamberlain unit. That’s my only issue that I will complain to the Chamberlain company.
