This was a great experience. Had an issue with a garage door opener. Found this company online. Booking appointment was quick and easy. Appointment window was 4-6, at about 5:00, I received a call from the tech apologizing for running late. He told me he would arrive about 5:35, well within the window. When Jeffery arrived, he was very courteous, nice and knowledgeable. He found and repaired my problem. I would highly recommend using Precision for any garage door problems and if you are lucky enough to get Jeffery as your technician, then your experience just got elevated.

The response to my inquiry on Angi was fast as was the setting of an appointment that worked for me. The techs were friendly and neatly and professionally dressed. They accessed my problem quickly and offered two options to fix my door. The solution was already on their truck. I backed into my garage door damaging the lower panel. Precision sent someone out to my house in 4hr period. Mr Marvin R came out to give me estimate for repair however unable to repair and needed a new door. However, I was not ready to pay price of new door. He was very patient and explained my options for new door and offered financing options. Very polite and courteous. After speaking with my spouse about options, we may need to call Precision back for the work. I really believe from the 1st experience already being positive, I will enjoy working with the company if I choose them to complete the work.

Jeffrey came to our house recently to install a new garage door opener system. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He knew exactly what he was doing and throughly explained the system upon completion and helped us connect our iPhones to the system. We thought he was excellent and a great ambassador for Precision. I will specifically ask for him if we need to call Precision in the future. I give him an A+.

Fantastic service! Daniel and Luke called before coming over and did a thorough pre-inspection of our situation before doing anything. They told us what they saw, gave us options as well as their opinions about what they thought would work best. The ball was completely in our court and we felt no high-pressure sales marketing. They perfectly installed 2 LifeMaster belt-drive openers, remotes, spring, wheels, and wall-mounted buttons. They also took down and disposed of the old, non-functioning openers. Our builder had the R Mt garage door company install our new door. It was about the worst install job I’ve seen. It was so loud you could hear it over the tv from the opposite side of the home. I’ve lived with this for 3 years. In one hour precision fixed everything and I can’t even hear it standing right inside the hallway. Best money I’ve spent. Super nice people!

I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision Garage Door when one of our doors stopped working. Marcus arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly assessed the issue. He explained what the problem was and told me he could fix it that day. Marcus worked quickly, explained to me what he had done and had me make sure it was repaired to my satisfaction. The price was fair, the door was repaired quickly and Marcus was friendly and professional. I will definitely use Precision again in the future!
