We needed some help with our garage door. I called in the morning asking for a tech to come and they made the appointment for that day! He was on time and so knowledgeable. We were interested in upgrading our garage door opener with something that included MyQ functionality. Precision was great to work with you for the whole process. I called in and had an appt setup very quickly. Braxton came out the next morning and even came earlier for us. He did a great job of talking through our options and needs. After we selected the new unit he had it professionally installed in less than an hour and walked through a detailed post install setup with us. Great experience from start to finish!

They were here within 2-3 hours after being called and the service tech Daniel explained everything needed and any options offered. I called because one of my garage doors would not go all the way to the ground, even after I tried to adjust it, and left a gap that was large enough for small furry critters to crawl under. Marvin showed me that the door opener may eventually need to be replaced, but the more serious problem was the worn out bottom seal / weatherstripping on all of my doors. He got that job done and all of my doors are closed tightly again. Thanks!
