Precision has customer service and professionalism mastered! I was very impressed with the installer, Jeremy Molay. His knowledge, honesty and expertise was very refreshing and he was very professional. We had one of our two garage door openers replaced and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. He even programmed the new remotes to work with existing other opener in our garage. I would highly recommend Precision!

Call me old fashioned, but when I hire someone to do something, I expect the job to be done right the first time?! That's why I have always relied on Precision Door Service to service and fix our garage doors. Just had one of their most reliable techs, Marvin, come out and install an ultra-quiet belt-driven motor and closer, getting ride of a twenty year old chain drive that made a lot of noise. We are very satisfied with Paul as the service worker. He explained everything clearly. However the phone receptionist was not clear to explain the services fees. I requested several times for her to explain and she just kept restating the same thing. I cleary asked were both fees the expected payment wasn't provided a clear answer. Because we were not prepared we ended up paying some in cash and some card.
