My assigned Technician Marvin did an excellent job installing my new door system by himself and took extra special care cleaning the worksite and explaining all the new features. We purchased a new garage door in August 2018 from you. We called a service order in because the bracket raising the door broke, The bracket was installed incorrectly which caused the brakeage.
