We choose Precision because of the ad in the Clipper magazine and researching Precision reviews on the internet. This the second garage door opener installation done by Precision. Both openers were installed professionally by technician Jeremy Molay. Jeremy was selected because of the great job he did on the first opener and that he knew the product well. Jeremy left the garage clean and the only evidence that he had been here was a new opener. Because of the fantastic job performed by Jeremy, we highly recommend Precision.

They came out the same day I called. They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would arrive. They were on time and took care of the installation in the shortest possible time. Technician was professional and knowledgeable.

Just as promised Daniel showed up on the agreed install date & time and was here for 2 hours taking the old garage door openers down and installing the new ones. This was such a pleasant experience as compared to waiting on Sears to show up for 2 weeks to install their units and after four appointments that they never called or showed up for. I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a GREAT product and GREAT service to call Precision. Daniel was Great!

Technician Daniel arrived within the appointment time range provided to me when I called for assistance. He explained what he would be doing once I explained my issues/concerns to him and provided me with the overall charges for his work. These guys know their business and are very professional in handling it. They installed two openers for me on my utility garage and did an outstanding job - even making what turned out to be a simple fix on one of the doors to release the excess pressure in opening it manually. I recommend them as the best if you need garage door openers.

Our Precision garage doors were installed in February, 2016, and have worked flawlessly until one of the two began opening on its own after a storm last week. Apparently, this was a fairly common issue, but it was fixed in just a few minutes by the technician, on Monday morning. The service was friendly and excellent, and he showed me how thedoor can be adjusted if a similar anomaly happens again. Thanks for the great service.
