Sept of 2018 purchased: PDS800 BELT DRIVE OPENER 7' Rail 3/4 HP DC BELT DRIVE, MANUFACTURE'S LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON BELT, MOTOR AND GEARBOX, 5 YEAR OVERALL,1 YEAR CIRCUIT BOARD, EXCEPT LIGHTING STRIKES. INCLUDES 2 REMOTES, 1 WIRELESS KEY PAD Marvin was the installer, on time, professional, courteous very pleased with the service. I experienced some issues with the opener - having to hold the wall button until the door was fully closed. 6/4/2018 Had a service call today that diagnosed a bad "Board" and a faulty light socket. Jeremy was the technician. Again, showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently; a pleasurable customer service experience. I would definitely use Precision again.

Troy who was assigned to my job arrived right before the scheduled time and had my garage door fixed in about 20-25 minutes. He was a great person and he even helped to make sure my garage door went up high enough for my SUV. I work for the largest utility in Alabama that is know for their customer service and this was truly a great experience. I will use Precision in the future and recommend them to others for sure.

Daniel arrived on time; was very respectful, neatly dressed and set out to replace the broken torsion spring. on the 2-car garage door. Unlike other repair company reps. he didn't pressure me to do any additional work. I asked if we should replace both springs and he said it was my decision. After a discussion of normal life expectancy I elected to have him change both. He finished the job promptly and checked it out. A first class job by a first technician.

Precision's services were first class! We had not expected to find anyone on Saturday when our garage door got stuck in the "up" position as we were leaving. The technician who came (actually well before our appointment, but not without calling ahead) was Jeremy and he was pleasant, very polite, efficient, explained everything to us and had the problem fixed in no time flat.
