When one of our garage door springs broke we contacted Precision Door Service at about 2 pm. We were offered a 4 to 6 pm time slot the same day. Due to a previous appointment, we declined same day service and was the given a 8 to10 am slot the next morning. The technician (Marvin?) notified us that he would be there at 9 am. He arrived promptly at the given time. He was very nice and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Very professional individuals to deal with. I have been using this company for years for my garage door openers and door repairs as needed. Always responsive and courteous. The phone representative took my information and provided the available times for my garage door repair. The technician arrived right on schedule and advised what needed to be done. Marvin was courteous and professional. I decided to go ahead and have the motor replaced as well while he was here. It is so QUIET compared to my old one. Marvin explained everything in detail including how to use the new keypad and how to lock the entire system when needed. Happy customer here.
