Mr. Marvin Roby is the best! I will request him the next issue I have with garage doors. He explained to me how to fix the issue I had myself! Also the most caring human being. His character is beyond reproach!

Your technician, Marvin, replaced my garage door and added an outside push pad entry system on my home 8-10 yrs ago. He was very efficient, explained everything well, & gave good service. So when the push pad mechanism needed replacement, I called and requested Marvin to help me again. Today he replaced push pad mechanism with same business like efficiency and kind demeanor.

The technician came earlier than our assigned time because we had called and said that we were home and someone could come earlier. It turns out that only a battery in our keypad needed to be replaced. He replaced it. He was very professional and efficient.

I googled garage door companies in the Birmingham area and decided to contact precision. I contacted them, they set up an appointment for Saturday, the technician called me to let me know that he was on his way. He gave me different options to choose from as far as complete replacement of the door system, or necessary repairs that would make the door fully operational again. We decided to go with necessary repairs. It only took him about an hour to replace the springs, cables, all of the rollers, and make final adjustments. He was very professional .

The Technician, Paul, got here, introduced himself and surveyed my garage door. It was obvious that the spring was broken but once he got on the step stop, he could tell that it had bent the door some and bent the frame some that goes down the middle. He replaced the spring today and gave me a quote for a much quieter motor and a window panel for the top panel. I’m hoping to replace those towards the end of the month. I am very pleased with the service and the warranty on it also. I can highly recommend them without any hesitation and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thank you Precision Door Service !!!!

We have used Premier twice in the past with outstanding results. Today's installation of a new garage door opener was the same excellent service, and skill we expect from Premier. We received an appointment with ease. Paul was professional, quick, explained everything well, made sure we were happy with the installation and wore a mask the entire time. We recommend Premier.

Today, 2/19/21, Precision delivered and installed two garage doors for me. The installer, Marvin, did an excellent job on both doors, paying strict attention to detail, so that I received the best outcome possible. Marvin was very professional, and was keenly interested in assuring that his work met my expectations! On my application, install time was about 2 hours per door. The doors not only look great, but they are insulated so that my garage may stay a bit warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summertime. I felt that the price was very reasonable, which is always a big plus! I highly recommend Precision, and Marvin, for garage door replacement or repair.
