I normally don't write a review on products. But, I need to here. Precision Door is a great company. My garage door is close to 50 years old and I have had Precision Door out to repair it a couple of times. After it could not be fixed safely. Precision Door pro-rated what they had already charged for the two times they worked on my door. And re-placed it with a new one. They were concerned about my family's safety on continuing to use the old one. They replaced it like I said with a new door at an affordable cost. The service techs were knowledgeable and courteous. I called several companies when my door first went haywire. All I can say is that Precision Door is a great company with outstanding employees and ownership. I recommend that anyone who needs garage door service call them FIRST. You will not be disappointed. Definitely FIVE stars.

These people are the most honest people I know in business. They came when they said they would and told me exactly what needed to be done and went to get the part and came back and fixed the garage door opener. They did not try to sell me a bill of goods that I didn't need unlike the person that came out before them and said I needed everything new. This company is the real deal. They were the 3rd company I spoke to about the problem with my garage door, and they were absolutely the right choice. Very professional, courteous, and you can take them at their word. My technician was Paul, and he is absolutely the man. The coolest guy who seems to really know his stuff. He showed up in the first 15 minutes of the 2-hour window, and as we are still dealing with COVID-19 here in Alabama, I appreciated the fact that he was wearing a face mask. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, explained it to me in very simple terms, and made me aware of all my options. Everything he needed to do the job was in his truck. He was done in 45 minutes, cleaned up, and was out. I strongly recommend this company.

Precision has customer service and professionalism mastered! I was very impressed with the installer, Jeremy Molay. His knowledge, honesty and expertise was very refreshing and he was very professional. We had one of our two garage door openers replaced and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. He even programmed the new remotes to work with existing other opener in our garage. I would highly recommend Precision!
